This breezeway addition connected the home to the garage, allowing the homeowner to access their garage without stepping outside. It featured a nickle gap wood interior, Brazilian soft slate floors, and Anderson windows.

The guesthouse bathroom was finished with blue glass tile and a white/blue concrete shower base with seashells and semi-precious stones embedded into the concrete. The shower surround has low-sulfur glass to eliminate the green tint.
This townhome addition featured cedarwood paneling, Pella windows and doors, a hot tub sunk into the floor, and slip-resistant, industrial kitchen tile.
